To learn and comprehend the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the Celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the Development and Opening-up of Pudong, review Pudong's stupendous changes, and learn Pudong's pilot practice of pushing forward high-level reform and opening-up, on the afternoon of December 1, Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, led SIG's leaders including Liu Xinyi, Hu Youlian and Wu Jun, as well as heads of SIG's departments and subsidiaries, to Pudong Expo Shanghai for a central group study and "Under the Banner of National Strategies-Exhibition of the 30th Anniversary of the Opening of Pudong".
Consisting of "Entrance Hall", "Shouldering National Strategies, Bearing the Mission of the Era", "Deepening Pilot Free Trade Zone Building, Creating a New Highland for Reform and Opening-up", "Improving the Capability of Innovation Sourcing, Marching towards a Globally Influential Technology Innovation Center", "Focusing on Six Hardcore Industries, Leading High-quality Development", "Building Quality Urban Areas, Sharing a Good Life", "Staying True to the Mission, Promoting High-level Development through High-level Party Building" and "Restarting the Reform and Opening-up in the New Era", the theme exhibition showed how Pudong's builders have achieved the goal of creating a good life for the people.
The visitors stopped before photos, videos and texts, reviewing Pudong's stupendous changes in 30 years of opening-up through immersive experiences, experiencing Pudong's great history and brilliant achievements over the 30 years. They were highly enlightened and inspired.
Through the study, the attendees learned about Pudong's extraordinary history of development and opening-up, and felt that the outcomes of socialist development, the reform and opening-up do no come easy. At the next stage, SIG will learn and implement the spirit of the 5th Plenary Session of 19th CPC Central Committee, the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and the spirit of the 10th Plenary Session of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, draw strength from the spirit, enhance the sense of mission and responsibility, and open a new page of financial holding and state-owned capital investment and operation for Shanghai to further enhance four functions and accelerate the development of five economies.
