On November 26, 2020, the National Advanced Internal Audit Collective and Worker Commendation Conference took place in Beijing. The Audit Department of SIG was awarded "National Advanced Internal Audit Collective (2017-2019)". Zhu Long, Head Manager of the Audit Department, attended the conference on behalf of SIG.
From 2017 to 2019, with focus on the transformational development of SIG, under the leadership of the CPC SIG Committee and the Board of Directors, the department has enhanced its stance, conducted exploration and taken on heavy responsibility, implemented corporate strategies, kept a close watch on business trends, and focused on serving the real economy, preventing and controlling financial risks, and other key fields. Over the three years, the department has conducted 38 audits and special inspections, offered 61 proposals, made new exploration and used new ways in business such as state-owned capital operation, fund investment and the disposal of non-performing financial assets, to empower first line business.
At the new starting point, SIG's audit team will take upon itself to conduct new exploration, make new achievements and achieve new results, focus on preventing and controlling financial risks, grasp the trend of the reform, enhance the sense of responsibility, promote the high-quality development of SIG, and better serve major national and municipal strategies, to make new contributions to Shanghai working new miracles in the new era.
