On the morning of April 9, SIG's Research Group on Deepening the Reform of State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Companies held an expert seminar at the Shanghai Academy of Development & Reform (SHADR). The group invited Shanghai's experts in the state-owned assets and enterprise reform, financial regulation and other fields from the Shanghai Municipal Development & Reform Commission, the People's Bank of China Shanghai Head Office, the Party School of Shanghai Committee of C.P.C and other institutions, to discuss key fields involved in the optimization of the city's state-owned assets layout, the direction and measures of the reform of the state-owned assets operation and management system, the functional orientation and focuses of platform development, the coordinated development of capital operation and financial holding, as well as other issues.
Present were Zhao Yihuai, Secretary of SHADR; Guan Wei, Vice President and Chief Operation Officer of SIG; heads of the Department of Capital Operation and the Department of Strategic Development of SIG; as well as heads of SHADR.
