To further care for the mental health of employees, prevent and relieve the emotional impact of the epidemic on them, develop a positive mentality in them and boost their confidence in beating the epidemic, SIG Asset Management Co., Ltd. (SIGAM) used video conference software-Zoom to deliver online training themed "Adjust for Mental Health in Post-epidemic Era" on the afternoon of April 1. Luo Yanli, Director of the Department of Psychological Medicine, Renji Hospital, was invited to give a lecture. Among over 50 attendees were executives and employees from SIGAM, as well as representatives from its subsidiaries and fund companies.
During the training, in ways such as video case analysis, Luo vividly explained the origin of mental stress, behavioral patterns under stress, cognitive changes, the defense mechanism, and other physiological and psychological reactions, and shared the effective ways to cope with and ease mental stress amid the epidemic. The training effectively relieved the mental stress of SIGAM's employees during epidemic prevention and control, and helped them adjust their mentality to cope with the epidemic, thereby boosting their confidence and willpower to beat the epidemic, and motivating them to work with a more positive attitude and in high spirits.
