On April 29, Shanghai Jiushi Industrial Investment Fund (Jiushi Fund) initiated by Shanghai Jiushi GP Capital Co., Ltd. was inaugurated. The fund was set up by Shanghai GP Urban Development Capital (GP Urban Development Capital) under SIG in association with Shanghai Jiushi Investment Management Co., Ltd. and listed company Shanghai Qiangsheng Holding Co., Ltd.
With a first-tranche scale of 1 billion yuan, Jiushi Fund is operated in the mode of "FOF + sub fund". This is another time that GP Urban Development Capital has supported the urban development of Shanghai through industry-finance integration in Shanghai's field of state-owned enterprise fund cooperation after setting up an industrial fund with Shanghai Shentong Metro Group. The cooperation fully integrated the industrial advantages and rich experience of the three shareholders in fund management, state-owned capital operation and urban public service. In the future, GP Urban Development Capital will constantly improve the specialization and marketization of fund investment management, explore more diversified new investment & financing models in fields such as urban service and sports culture, and serve the economic and social development of Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta and the upgrading of urban public services.
