On March 9, 2018, SIG Asset Management Co., Ltd. successfully issued RMB 1 billion corporate bonds on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for a period of 3+2 years. On the day of issuance, a total of 41 financial institutions, including major banks and non-bank institutions like brokerages, insurance companies, public funds, trust companies and private equity funds, participated in the event. The amount of qualified bids reached RMB 3.14 billion, and the overall subscription multiple was 3.14 times. The interest rate was finally locked at 5.28%, the lowest issue price for the same-period products of the AAA-level local enterprises.
