On January 14, Lin Yibin, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SHSASAC), led a team to Shanghai State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. (SSAM) for a survey themed "Promoting Development, Ensuring Safety". The team found out the business development of SSAM, communicated with it, and inspected its efforts on risk and potential hazard prevention, identification and solution, as well as COVID-19 prevention and control. Liu Xinyi, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG, participated in the survey.

Lin listened to an introduction to SSAM's work, inquired about its business development, solicited opinions and suggestions, found out the situation of work safety, COVID-19 control and self-inspection of addressing public complaints to maintain stability, and visited its Party building center and cultural gallery.

Lin spoke highly of SSAM's work, noting that SSAM should further enhance the sense of safety responsibility, take proactive measures for COVID-19 prevention and control, and hold fast to the bottom line of work safety based on the requirements of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee for visits and surveys. Meanwhile, SSAM should continue to perform its primary responsibility and develop its primary business, steadily explore the development and innovation of the state-owned assets and enterprise reform, endeavor to promote the high-quality development of SIG and SSAM, and make greater contributions to serving Shanghai in its all-out effort to improve city levels and core competitiveness.

Heads of the Office of Property Right Management and the Office of Appraisal Management of SHSASAC participated in the survey along with heads of SSAM.
