The Signing Ceremony of the Agreement on "All-Capacity" Strategic Cooperation was held at "Metaverse Hall" of the Shanghai Data Exchange (SDE) on the afternoon of July 25. SDE reached agreements with its six shareholders including SIG, Shanghai Alliance Investment and SII, as well as five banks including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China and Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank. Zhou Lei, Vice President of SIG, attended the ceremony.
SIG will forge a longstanding partnership with SDE to promote the development of data factor markets. The two sides will cooperate in exploring policy system innovations, cultivating data element markets, creating a data transaction ecosystem and pushing forward digital transformation, leverage respective strengths to push forward data factor circulation, release digital dividends and promote the development of the digital economy.
