On the afternoon of August 18, Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, held talks with the five newly-appointed dispatched directors of SIG's subsidiaries, raising requirements for the duty performance of directors and the improvement in the comprehensive ability of executives.

According to the requirements that external directors should be in the majority at subsidiaries of supervised enterprises at all levels set by the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission in the Three Action Plan for Promoting the Reform of State-owned Enterprises, SIG completed the revision of the articles of association of its three subsidiaries and the staffing of dispatched directors in late June 2022.
